Have you seen Ki Ellis?

He’s wanted as part of an investigation into offences of assault, kidnapping, threats to kill and strangulation.

Ellis, 24, is white, five ft 8ins, medium build. He has links to Chorley, Leyland, Bamber Bridge and Preston.
